Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We are sending you this news mainly because your expertise or interest is related to this conference. In response to the suggestions from the participants of ICBIC 2014, the ICBIS 2015 has slightly revised the scope and aims to provide a space for researchers, managers, engineers, and graduate students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Business, Information, and Service Science. Therefore, ICBIS 2015 covers a wide range of fields in business, information, and service science.

During the conference, there should be substantial time for discussing the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. With the advancement and evolution of business, information, and service science, these fields become more sophisticated, interacted, and technology-enabled. Accordingly, beyond sharing the latest researches, case studies, and industry survey, all attendees are encouraged to seek opportunities of interdisciplinary collaboration. Selected quality papers will be further recommended for possible publication in special issues of the sponsoring by collaborating with the conference.
